Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in apparel (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations and attendance at district meetings.
• Self-motivated; seeks personal growth and development.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the store, including hiring and training associates
• Oversee store operations to achieve company sales and profitability goals
• Build a team of top performers and create an amazing customer experience
• Create a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers
• Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans and achieve financial, customer-service, and operational goals
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales
• Engage customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Motivate and engage teams by identifying their strengths
• Provide and receive feedback to improve performance and develop team members
• Communicate expectations and hold the store team accountable for results
• Ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met
• Oversee controllable expenses, including payroll and training, to increase profitability
• Provide leadership or assistance with floor sets, window changes, and visual expectations
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions when the Assistant Manager is absent
• Schedule employees according to their strengths to maximize productivity

• Report to the District Manager
