Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Two or more years of retail management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train staff in compliance with laws.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all store employees and ensure effective planning and execution of store processes.
• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per labor laws.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel when needed.
• Maintain staffing levels and oversee opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure inventory control, merchandising, pricing, and signage.
• Uphold cash control and store security practices.
