Job summary

Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining qualified employees, evaluating performance, managing payroll and scheduling, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, evaluations, and coaching up to termination if needed.
• Recommend pay rates and advancement paths for staff.
• Communicate performance, safety and policy expectations regularly.
• Open and close the store at least twice weekly.
