You will lead a team, ensure store is properly staffed, open/close routines, and drive sales through effective merchandising and cost control; prior retail management experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• 1 year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and lead store staff effectively.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and counsel staff as needed.
• Open and close the store as scheduled and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, merchandising and pricing to meet targets.
• Ensure cashier accountability, safety, and compliance with procedures.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
