Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail, food service, or restaurant management (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
