Warby Parker is seeking a Store Leader in Maryland to build and guide a team of Managers, Opticians, and Advisors. You will drive customer experiences, ensure financial targets are met, and uphold brand standards across daily operations.

You will recruit, train, and develop your team, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with Marketing on events while living Warby Parker’s values and culture of inclusive service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role at a complex customer-focused retailer

Responsibilities

• Represent Warby Parker values to customers and team members
• Execute operations to meet store targets and customer experience goals
• Follow company processes to maintain brand consistency
• Manage daily scheduling and payroll for the store team
• Coordinate store events with Marketing
• Protect inventory and assets through procedures
• Enforce safety protocols
• Lead recruitment and onboarding and ongoing training
• Conduct biannual performance reviews
• Live Warby Parker values and provide excellent service
• Create an inclusive workplace culture
