Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to identify customers’ needs, provide exceptional customer interactions, and deliver Apple’s business priorities.
• Attract, recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership and remove operational obstacles to improve customer experience and team member performance.
• Develop the store’s operational strategy to drive Apple’s business priorities and achieve store performance goals.
• Determine store scheduling strategy in alignment with program guidelines, accounting for business, individual, and team needs.
• Analyze and use the business information required to support and execute the Apple Retail vision.
• Foster an inclusive environment by respecting differences and modeling inclusive leadership behaviors.
