Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co in San Jose, CA is seeking a PINK Manager to lead a high-energy store team, delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences while driving brand top-line sales.

In higher complexity stores, you’ll coach Brand Supervisors, partner with the Store Manager, and ensure adherence to visual, selling, and service standards while managing talent and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• They ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• The PINK Manager owns visual execution, storytelling and category insights.
• Manages sales floor and fitting room standards and talent lifecycle with Store Manager.
• Leads direct reports including PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• This role leads performance and direction in higher volume or more complex environments.
