Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager to lead the customer and brand experience within the PINK business. This role delivers exceptional customer experiences, directs visual execution, and guides selling behaviors in higher volume or complex stores.

It reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and includes coaching direct reports. The position requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 40

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and brand experiences across the PINK business in stores.
• Translate brand direction into priorities for daily actions and visual execution.
• Coach and develop PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates with the Store Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive talent lifecycle decisions including interviewing and hiring.
