Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values and drives service culture.
• Leads by example to deliver extraordinary customer interactions and uses feedback to improve interactions.
• Delivers an omni-channel shopping experience using tools like MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
• Participates as floor service leader with an energized pace and communicates daily sales goals and metrics.
• Shares product knowledge and brand messaging with the team and upholds service over tasks.
• Maintains store visual/display standards and supports shipment processing, restocking, and timely omni-channel order processing.
