• Drives a service culture with engaging, efficient, personalized experiences.
• Acts as a brand representative and partners with Visual Merchandising on displays.
• Delivers an omni-channel experience using MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup.
• Leads floor service, guides teams, and prioritizes customer experience.
• Onboards new hires and provides timely feedback for growth.
• Supports hiring, retention, and development of a diverse team.
• Participates in daily opening/closing procedures and operational tasks.
• Ensures shipment processing, restocking, and product placement meet standards.
• Maintains safety, inventory accuracy, and profitability.
