Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Courage, Creativity, Customer Focus, and Drive for Results competencies are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Supports store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
• Monitors and analyzes sales data to identify trends and improve store performance and customer experience.
• Creates a customer-centric culture and mentors the team on clienteling to build long-term relationships.
