Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds as needed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and develop the team
