Job summary

Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to lead the sales floor, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and embody Coach values. This role supports the store's operations, performance, and brand initiatives across the team.

You will monitor sales trends, assist in recruitment and training, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture while driving KPIs and customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Comfort with bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and develop the team
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed
