Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to maintain leadership on the sales floor, drive sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will embody Coach values and raise brand awareness while supporting store operations.

You will participate in recruiting, training, and performance coaching, analyze sales data to improve performance, and help create an inclusive, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance.
