Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, achieve sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will embody Coach values and help raise brand awareness across the store.

You will lead store initiatives, participate in hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation, and support a collaborative, inclusive team environment while driving business results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required

Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Lead implementation of company initiatives and support store operations
• Monitor sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve performance
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluation
• Provide feedback to improve team performance and ensure policy compliance
