Job summary

TD in Washington, DC, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team delivering TD’s model of convenience, sales and advice, while growing customer relationships. The role manages day-to-day service, sales and operations with the teller line and platform, ensuring compliant and proactive guidance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer-facing roles, supervisory experience, and strong communication, with proficiency in MS Office and banking products.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
