TD Bank is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Fairfax, VA to lead a team delivering exceptional service, sales, and store operations. You will drive customer relationships with TD's model of convenience and advice while ensuring compliance and effective day-to-day management of the teller line and platform.

The role requires 2+ years in customer-facing or sales roles, supervisory experience preferred, and strong communication skills to coach a team and optimize store performance.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
