Job summary

TD in Easton, Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily service, sales and operations in a TD Store. You will guide a team to deepen customer relationships, deliver TD's model of convenience and advice, and ensure end-to-end banking experiences with compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage priorities while delivering legendary customer service and meeting store goals. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in customer-facing or sales.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Notary License (Preferred).
• NMLS registration (Preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver legendary customer service and achieve store objectives.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to ensure high-quality service and compliant operations.
• Coach the advisory team on effective sales and product recommendations.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.
