Job summary

TD Bank in Allentown, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, service, and sales at a full-time store location. You will guide a team to deepen customer relationships, deliver TD’s model of convenience and expert advice, and manage day-to-day activities on teller and platform processes.

Qualified candidates will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in customer-facing roles, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years experience working with customers or in sales.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Notary License preferred; active NMLS status advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver Legendary Customer Service and achieve store objectives.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and direction for service and sales activities.
• Oversee teller and platform operations with a focus on compliance and risk management.
• Deliver end-to-end financial advice and solutions to customers.
• Engage with the community to promote TD Bank brand and services.
