Job summary

TD Bank in Pickens, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily service, sales and operations in a TD store environment. You will guide a team to build customer relationships by delivering TD’s model of convenience, sales and advice, and a personalized experience.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching and knowledge of financial products, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving store objectives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve store objectives.
• Provides day-to-day leadership to ensure effective delivery of personalized service and advice.
• Drives advisory capabilities and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Delivers end-to-end advice to customers with information and tools for financial management.
• Contributes to business objectives by identifying advice opportunities and referrals.
