Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support associates during shifts to ensure customer service and smooth store operations.
• Monitor sales activities and help the team meet performance goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and daily tasks.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members for growth.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Support inventory processes including stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
