• Experience with sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Lead by example and inspire others to generate clientele and maintain relationships.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset.
• Contribute to a tech-enabled in-store experience for customers.
• Maintain survey scores and feedback through service evaluations (NPS).
• Act as a brand ambassador and embody brand values.
• Oversee inventory controls and cycle counts; manage inbound/outbound stock.
• Track store metrics and use data to guide team actions.
• Support loss prevention and train alongside leadership.
• Maintain store procedures and weekly workflows.
• Coach and onboard new hires; support training and development.
• Provide feedback on sales, product, and allocation.
