You will manage staffing, execute merchandising standards, handle cash controls, and support sales goals while upholding Lids' brand standards.

This role reports to the Store Manager and offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced retail environment.

• Act as Manager on duty handling scheduling, customer issues and store needs.
• Lead and train store associates through LIDS programs and set sales goals.
• Maintain discipline and follow through with staff as needed.
• Create a fun, productive environment aligned with company standards.
• Ensure adherence to dress code and brand guidelines.
• Schedule and staff the store, adjust for peak times as needed.
• Recruit and train personnel in store operations and procedures.
• Ensure policy compliance and safekeeping of inventory and funds.
