• Administer progressive discipline as needed when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and uphold Brand Standards.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing, including peak period coverage.
• Support recruiting and training of store personnel and ensure policy compliance.
