Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced, customer-focused team in Danbury. You will drive sales, uphold service standards, and model the Lids brand with passion for sports and fashion.

Key duties include scheduling and coaching, managing store operations, safeguarding assets, maintaining VM and inventory integrity, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for teammates and customers. You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to meet or exceed KPI targets.

• Must drive sales growth while minimizing loss.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsabilités

• Lead, execute and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations.
• Schedule and coach associates, ensure proper staffing and training.
