Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone in-store, lead a high-performing team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales through customer focus, merchandising and talent development, collaborating with leadership to execute store strategy and coaching Leads and Brand Associates.

You will recruit and develop teams, own your area, implement efficiency plans, and ensure compliance with SOPs while representing the brand in a competitive retail

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales through customer focus, product operations, merchandising and Talent development.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiency.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Represent the brand and stay aware of retail competition.
