Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist in the operation of a Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. This role offers hands-on paid training, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
Lead and develop staff through training and mentorship to prepare for leadership roles.
