Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, guiding a team to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee hiring, coaching, and daily operations to ensure smooth service and quality standards.

The role includes a 3+ week leadership training program and opportunities for advancement within the Panda community, with ongoing development and support from the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and overall store performance.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
