PHOENIX Retail, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Express store in Culver City. You will assist the Store Manager with recruiting, training, and driving sales while ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for customers.

You'll coach and develop Sales Associates, help identify top performers, participate in hiring, and execute action plans to optimize results. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, policy adherence and customer-centric leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant job experience.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing, inspiring, and retaining top talent.
• Coach, teach and train Sales Associates for effective job performance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to identify high performing Sales Associates.
• Oversee daily store operations and merchandise flow.
• Execute action plans to optimize results and ensure safety.
• Greet and assist customers, share information on product, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Resolve customer complaints and improve customer experience.
