O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role may lead the team during the Store Manager’s absence and shifts, and will guide staff to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position emphasizes recruiting tasks, training, and timely processing of orders and returns, with focus on service quality and team leadership.

Formación

• Required certifications: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
• Preferred: Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and execute service programs.
• Assist in staffing during peak hours and rare manager absences.
• Help hire, interview, and select qualified team members.
• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures and money handling.
