Job summary

Apple Store Manager leads, coaches, and develops a team delivering exceptional customer experiences. You actively participate in customer interactions with your team to meet performance goals and business priorities.

You drive store performance by planning and executing operational strategies, recruiting and retaining diverse top talent, and upholding company policies. You serve as a role model for inclusive leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
• Be proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Have experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
