You will recruit, train, and retain a diverse, high-performing team, address escalations, and partner with leadership to execute operational strategies that protect assets and ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by store needs.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
