• Experience mentoring or leading others.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, mentor and engage customers to drive sales and loyalty.
• Organize sales floor workflow and communicate with team and leadership to optimize the customer experience.
• Handle store opening/closing procedures, cash management, and overrides as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support across store areas.
