Job summary

The Skagit Casino Resort is seeking a Lead Store Manager to support daily operations, pricing, and staff supervision at our retail location. This role focuses on operational oversight, training, and ensuring smooth service for guests.

You will supervise training, assist with fuel pricing updates, handle invoices and inventory, and stand in for the manager when absent. Requires 21+ and prior retail leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience reviewing contracts, pricing, and opening/closing duties.
• Two years retail experience with inventory, displays, and selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in planning, directing, organizing, and implementing daily store operations.
• Supervise training of new personnel in store systems and procedures.
• Assist with fuel pricing updates and inventory maintenance.
• Be in charge during the manager's absence.
