Job summary

Northern Waters Casino Resort is seeking a Lead Cashier to join the Resort team. You will work under the C-Store Manager and Assistant Manager, managing cashier duties and ensuring a positive guest experience across the property.

The role requires supervising staff in the Manager's absence, maintaining store cleanliness, and upholding all policies and gaming regulations while providing exceptional service to guests.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service experience and a friendly, courteous demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and math skills are required.
• Ability to manage time, stay punctual, and supervise staff in absence of management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with internal and external guests.
• Operate the cash register and process credit card transactions; assist others as needed.
• Supervise staff in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, gaming regulations, and age verification.
• Assist with scheduling and respond to operational needs as they arise.
