Job summary

White House Black Market (WHBM) Estero store is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience on the floor and back-of-house operations.

You will drive sales, mentor associates, hire and coach staff, and ensure seamless omni-channel experiences while maintaining brand standards and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel practices.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment that meets brand standards.
• Manage store operations including inventory, replenishment, and inventories.
• Build community connections through in-store events and philanthropy.
