Job summary

White House Black Market (WHBM) at KnitWell Group in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, set the tone, and uphold brand standards. You will create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to reflect our culture of hospitality.

You’ll drive coaching, scheduling, merchandise replenishment, and omni-channel initiatives while supporting store leadership and aiming for strong sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and peers.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team and lead by example on the sales floor.
• Support leadership responsibilities and align with brand standards.
• Provide coaching and development to staff.
• Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and inventory tasks.
