White House Black Market (WHBM) McAllen store is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and create welcoming, personalized guest experiences. You will support leadership responsibilities, drive store goals, and model a customer-centric environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.

The role requires 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, share product knowledge and omni‑channel messages.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
