White House Black Market (WHBM) is seeking a Sales Lead in Sarasota, FL. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, model brand standards, and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that elevates the shopping experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, coaching associates, managing scheduling, and ensuring adherence to promotions and policies. A strong team mindset and availability evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive team environment.
