Job summary

Yesway is hiring a Store Supervisor in Albuquerque, NM. You will support the Store Manager with staff development, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, maintaining compliance, audits, stock placement, and monitoring profitability across end-of-day processes. A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least one year of supervisory experience in retail or related sectors preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in retail, fast food, or similar environments.
• Willingness to complete required certifications upon employment.
• Strong emphasis on guest service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee guest transactions to ensure timely service.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
