• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff toward sales, service, and operational targets.
• Coach and develop team to maintain an engaging, inclusive selling environment.
• Ensure execution of brand standards and store programs across shifts.
• Support recruiting, staffing and communication of priorities to staff.
• Monitor store performance and help implement improvement plans.
