Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Store Lead in the United States to blend personal sales with leadership of the in-store teaching team. You will drive enrollment, supervise instructors, and uphold superior customer service across the location.

You will partner with the Area Manager to boost student enrollment, retention, and outcomes while overseeing scheduling, merchandising, and store operations. This role emphasizes both sales excellence and instructional leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
• Proven experience leading teams, preferably in education, retail, or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for music education and commitment to student and teacher success.

Responsibilities

• Consistently generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote lesson program to drive enrollment.
