Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Store Lead in McLean, VA who combines local sales excellence with instructional leadership. You will personally meet sales goals while directly guiding all teachers at the location to deliver high-quality music education and customer service.

In collaboration with the Area Manager, you will grow enrollment, improve retention, and ensure student outcomes. The role balances strong performance in sales with managing teaching staff, scheduling, and adherence to program

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music
• Proven experience leading teams, preferably in education, retail, or customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Consistently generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program to drive enrollment.
• Lead and support all teachers assigned to the location.
• Monitor lessons KPIs and drive retention and student outcomes.
• Partner with Area Manager to drive enrollment and retention.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and security.
