Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Sales/Store Leader to promote lessons, drive enrollment, and manage store operations. You will network with teachers and community partners, coach teachers, and deliver excellent customer service to foster student success.

The role supports pay in the $16–$18 per hour range, with gig leave for musicians, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, and tuition reimbursement. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
• Proven experience leading teams, preferably in education, retail, or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for music education and commitment to student and teacher success.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program to drive enrollment.
• Develop relationships with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Lead teacher engagement initiatives to increase retention and instructional quality.
• Provide direct leadership, guidance, and support to all teachers at the location.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with staff to meet enrollment and retention targets.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards inside the location.
