Guitar Center Inc. is seeking a Store Lead in Maryland who blends personal sales achievement with instructional leadership for Music & Arts at the store. You will drive enrollment, coach teachers, and balance customer service with staff management to hit retention and outcomes targets.

The role pairs individual sales performance with leadership of instructional staff, ensuring success metrics are met and programs run smoothly.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
• Experience leading teams, preferably in education, retail, or customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program to drive enrollment.
• Lead and support all teachers assigned to the location.
• Monitor enrollment and retention KPIs and drive actionable improvements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with the community.
