Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Mesquite, TX to lead daily operations, coach team members, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help drive sales while upholding store standards and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include supervising scheduling, training staff, handling cash, maintaining visual merchandising, and supporting inventory audits. Reports to the Store Manager and collaborates with Corporate HQ on promotions.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Manage store associates through LIDS training programs and goal setting.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings.
• Recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Handle cash, opening/closing of till, and bank drops.
• Prepare store for inventory audits and assist as needed.
