Foot Locker, part of the DICK’S Sporting Goods family, is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to assist the Store Manager in driving sales and leading a dynamic team. You’ll coach teammates, enhance the customer experience, and help run daily operations with an ownership mindset.

You’ll work on the sales floor with energy, stay connected to customers and teammates, and contribute to a positive store culture while supporting key metrics and store performance.

Formación

• Minimum 1+ years of retail experience with leadership or key-holding responsibilities.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and a solutions-focused approach.
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional service and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Keep the store organized, customer ready and running smoothly.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures to protect people and product.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled and lead the team in the manager's absence.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
• Provide real-time coaching and help close performance gaps.
• Jump in wherever needed to support priorities and store execution.
