Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach the team on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll influence store culture by modeling energy, urgency, and ownership on the floor.

The role supports the Store Manager with opening/closing, training, and maintaining standards to ensure a premier customer journey. This position requires flexibility and a passion for sneakers and service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, confidence, and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
