Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends business strategy with people leadership to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will oversee daily store operations, open and close routines, and ensure efficient processes while leveraging product knowledge and brand standards. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, build visual displays, analyze reports to inform decisions, manage staffing and payroll, and fulfill Omni Channel orders.

Qualifications

• Open and close routines for the store.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom to ensure excellent service and seamless operations.
• Staffing planning, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays; analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory controls.
• Operate POS / Point of Sale systems; fulfill Omni Channel orders.
